根据产能、订单和中短期销售预测分析结果来编排和制定合理的生产计划。平衡好客户需求和产能之间的冲突,将成品和半成品的库存控制在合理水平。Make proper production plan for Fabricated sink based on capacity, order and analysis result of the short-term & mid-term sales forecast. Shorten the gap between customer demand and capacity, and manage Semi & FG inventory within the agreed levels.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES / 具体工作职责
1. 通过分析中短期销售预测和客户订单,编排和制定产品的月、周和日生产计划。Make proper monthly, weekly and daily production plan for fabricate sinks after analysis of customer order and sales forecast.
2. 与SOP专员或客服及时沟通订单交期,在尽量满足客户订单的前提下,平衡好客户需求和产能之间的冲突。 Confirm order with SOP specialist or customer service timely.Shorten gap between customer demand and capacity to better fulfill customer order.
3. 每日检查监督生产车间完成生产计划的情况,确保生产计划完成率达到公司制定的目标。 Closely monitor production plan ution by workshop and ensure schedule adherence result can fulfill company target.
4. 在生产、物料、品质等出现异常时,及时沟通调整生产计划,确保生产正常运行。 To ensure production running smoothly, make timely adjustment of production plan if there is any abnormal issue on production, material, quality and etc.
5. 跟进分析Backlog情况,合理安排后续生产计划,及时解决欠货。 Closely monitor backlog, make proper adjustment of production plan to reduce backlog as much as possible.
6. 在SAP录入准确的生产计划工单,运行MRP,产生物料需求计划,给物料采购提供依据。 Input the right production plan in SAP for right material purchasing plan.
7. 在满足市场交货前提下,半成品和成品库存控制在合理的水平。 Keep the reasonable stock level in line with customer demand and inventory targets.
8. 负责维护SAP系统中生产计划相关的数据,确保计划结果是可实现并可靠的。Is responsible for maintaining data integrity and PP data in SAP system to ensure realistic and reliable planning results.9. 根据主材请购申请单,按时按质按量完成不锈钢材料下订单、跟催交货、对帐、付款工作
Responsible for ordering, delivery following-up, reconciliation, and payment for stainless steel materials on time, quality and quantity, according to the main material purchase application form,
10. 每月初与供应商对账。处理和解决系统影响付款的问题,如单价、收货数量问题,及时检查和清理BLOCK发票
Reconcile with the supplier at the beginning of each month. Handle and solve system problems that affect payment, such as unit price and quantity of goods received, and check and clear BLOCK invoices on time.
11. 完成上级交办的其它工作
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / 教育背景及工作经历要求
1. 专科或以上学历,有二年以上制造业计划员相关工作经验
Above colleage’s degree, more than 2 years of planning experience in manufacturing area.
2. 熟悉SAP系统PP模块,了解MRP的逻辑原理。 Good knowledge in PP function of SAP and strong concept of MRP.
3. 良好的沟通技巧、数据分析及整合能力
Good interpersonal skill, data analytical power and integrated competence.
4. 积极正向,具有良好的团队合作精神

5.良好的英语读写说能力

BASIC FUNCTION / 基本职责
负责执行各项EHS政策以及程序,协调各部门完成风险评估、环安检查、培训等工作。组织各项环境、职业卫生场所监测,分析相关数据,为EHS程序更新提供依据。Responsible for the implementation of EHS policies and procedures, coordinate the departments to complete risk assessment, safety and environmental inspection and training. Organize environmental monitoring and occupational health monitoring, analyze relevant data, and provide basis for the EHS procedures update.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES / 具体工作职责
对各类事故/事件进行调查,采取有效措施防止事故的发生。Conduct survey on all kinds of accidents / incidents and take effective measures to prevent the occurrence of accidents.
提高应急处理能力,定期进行应急演练。Improve the ability of response to emergency and conduct emergency drills regularly.
组织定期检查和维护消防设施。Organize inspection and maintain fire fighting equipment regularly.
评估和解决潜在的职业危害。Assess and address potential occupational hazards.
收集和检查相关环境和安全法律法规,做到及时、可识别。Collect and inspect the relevant environmental and safety laws and regulations to make them timely and identifiable.
计划和实施定期安全内审, 报告内审结果并跟踪改进情况。Plan and implement regular safety internal audit, report internal audit results and track improvement.
与其他部门一起调查与安全及环境相关的问题并跟踪整改/预防措施。Work with other departments to investigate safety and environment related problems and follow up corrective / preventive measures;
制定个人防护品的配备方案,确保员工得到有效的防护。Formulate the allocation plan of personal protective equipment to ensure that employees are effectively protected;
定期组织员工健康体检以及职业卫生体检。Organize regular physical examination and occupational health examination for employees.
负责规划废水、废气、固废以及可回收物料的综合处理。Responsible for planning the comprehensive treatment of wastewater, waste gas, solid waste and recyclable materials;
负责废水、废气、厂界噪声的定期监测并分析相关数据。Responsible for the regular monitoring of waste water, waste gas and boundary noise, and analyze relevant data.
负责公司所有单元内的危险物料使用、运送、处置的技术性指导与落实。Responsible for the technical guidance and implementation of the use, transportation and disposal of hazardous materials in all units of the company;
负责消除员工健康威胁因素的技术性指导与落实。Responsible for the technical guidance and implementation of eliminating the health threat factors of employees;

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / 教育背景及工作经历要求
环境工程、安全工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。Bachelor‘s degree and above in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering or other related disciplines.
2年以上机械制造或厨卫企业环境安全卫生管理工作经验。At least 2 years of environmental safety and health management experience in machinery manufacturing or kitchen and bath enterprises.
熟悉国家环境、安全健康相关法律法规。Familiar with national regulations and laws related to environmental safety and health
良好的英语口语及书写能力。Good oral and written English skill.
