一、压铸生产工程师 Production Engineer 9-14K·13薪
Requirement 任职要求：
1. Good knowledge of die-casting production and responsible for process documents writing and process parameters design
熟悉铝合金压铸工艺，负责编制工艺文件及工艺参数设计。
2. Good knowledge of die-casting related technologies and responsible for QCH improvement
熟悉压铸及周边技术，负责相关的质量，成本及环境安全的改进。
3. Knowledge of quality management and problem-solving methods (e. g. FMEA, Ishikawa-Diagram, 5-Why, …).
了解质量管理和问题解决工具（如PFMEA, 鱼骨图, 5-Why, …）。
5. Knowledge on Buhler machine will be preferred
了解布勒压铸机将优先考虑
6. Familiar with MS-Office software.
熟练使用各办公软件。
7. Good communication skills in English language.
良好的英语沟通能力。
二、产品开发工程师 PD Engineer 10-15K·13薪
Job Requirement 任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering；
本科学历，机械或电气工程专业；
2.Proficiency in English required；
良好的英语沟通能力；
3.Working professionally with 2D/3D CAD.
熟练运用2D/3D CAD画图软件
4. General knowledge of molding ,stamping , assembly design and process
具备模具、冲压、组装设计及程序知识
5. General design experience including: Conceptual design or product variant
一般设计经验包括：概念设计或产品变形
6.Experience in the design-in of connectors is preferred
有连接器设计经验优先考虑
三、质量管理/测试 13-19K·13薪
Responsible for:
1. Supervision and development of the Development Quality Engineers (e.g. competence extension, tools, methods).
监督及带领品质发展团队（例如能力扩展，工具，方法）
2. The Product and Process Approval of new developed products.
负责新开发产品的产品及工业审批
3. The reliable identification of critical aspects of new products which need special attention and/or need to be monitored during production.
识别新产品在生产过程中需要特别注意和/或需要监控的关键特性；
4. Ensuring a high first pass yield of new product qualification tests, and a low complaint rate (internal and external) of new products.
确保新产品的高合格率和低投诉率。
5. Definition of testing requirements and testing equipment in production process.
定义生产过程中对测试要求和测试设备。
Requirement:
1. University degree in engineering field;
本科或以上学历，工程类相关专业优先；
2. Minimum 6 years work experience in the field of quality in a new product development environment.
6年或以上新产品开发环境中的质量领域工作经历，有连接器行业经验者优先考虑；
3. Experience with ISO9001 and ISO TS 22163.

4. Good spoken and written use of English.

四、注塑模具设计工程师 8-12K·13薪
横流分析精密注塑磨具
1. Above 4 years precision injection mold design experience, especially on connector.
四年或以上精密注塑模具设计经验，尤其是在连接器行业。
2. Master mold flow analysis, independent on how to optimize product.
熟练运用模流分析，能独立根据模流分析并优化产品结构。
3. Familiar with mold manufacture process.
熟悉模具加工制作过程。
4. Good read and written use of English.
良好的英语读写能力。
5. Have team work spirit and obey the leader's arrangement.
有团队合作精神，服从上司工作安排。
五、供应商质量工程师 8-12K·13薪
1. Master ISO9001, and IATF16949 or ISO22163 and with rich practical experience;
熟悉ISO9001, IATF16949 或 ISO22163体系，具备丰富实战经验；
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in supplier management activities like approval audit, process audit, supplier evaluation and quality complaint etc.;
至少五年供应商管理经验，如：审批，流程审核，供应商评估，质量投诉等；
3. With adequate know-how of raw materials and production processes in the area of connector and/or cable harness;
熟悉连接器或线束行业的原材料及生产过程；
4. Good at oral and written English. Able to carry out communication, presentation and reporting in English;
英语口头及书面表达能力佳，可作为工作语言进行沟通及汇报；
5. Practical experience in SAP/Q module is preferred. Willing to travel in and out of China.
有SAP经验者优先考虑，可接受出差。
