Intern, Venture Fund (Part Time)

The Position
The successful incumbent will support the various tasks in the investment cycle from due diligence, and deal execution to post-investment portfolio management. In particular, you will be responsible for:
- Conduct sophisticated financial modelling, valuation and return analysis
- Handle industry research, due diligence and other transaction execution work under minimal guidance
- Assist in preparing investment memoranda, presentations and paper circulars
- Support the management of the invested portfolio
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
The Candidate
- Bachelor student preferably in Finance/Investment/Economics or relevant disciplines
- Previous internship experience from direct investment / start-up community /technology sector is highly preferred
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under minimal guidance and meet deadlines under a tight schedule
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including in Putonghua)
