【丹麦驻华大使馆】 Environment, Water and Maritime Student Assistant招聘
岗位职责
1. Maritime and shipping related market/policy desktop research tasks;
2. Translating relevant information/policies about decarbonisation pathway in maritime industry in China; Support to translate and coordinate the seminar and workshop agendas;
3. Information collection - Danish industry news, Chinese maritime tech devotement news, Chinese Environment and Water related policies, regulations and guidelines;
4. Each virtual meeting system testing with Chinese/Danish partners, virtual meeting equipment setting up;
5. Virtual meeting control with the technician during the meeting;
6. Beautify the format of reports and PPT;
7. Practicality and pre-meeting arrangements for physical meetings, meeting room booking, catering preparing purchasing, car arrangement, guests register, welcome at the gate ect.;
8. Assisting with other maritime and environment SSC related ad hoc affairs.
岗位要求
1. Must be currently enrolled in a BA MA programme, major in engineering, international relations, English related areas is a plus;
2. Good command of written English and Chinese;
3. Analytical thinking, experience in policy research basic knowledge of decarbonisation is a plus;
4. Superb in usage and knowledge of Microsoft Presentation, word;
5. Knowledge and experience in conference platform usage is a plus;
6. Responsible, inquisitive and creative;
7. Be able to commit to 20 hours per week, minimum 6 months, preferably 12 months (working hours will be planned based on the schedule together with the selected candidates).
