上海国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（上海国际仲裁中心）成立于1988年，重视国际商事仲裁的推广和发展，与境内外仲裁机构长期保持良好合作关系，举办各类仲裁研讨、宣传活动。上海国际仲裁中心实习项目的宗旨是以仲裁实践提升实务研究、以实务研究培养仲裁人才、以人才提升推动中国仲裁发展。
实习内容
（1）协助管理仲裁案件程序、起草仲裁法律文书
（2）撰写、翻译活动新闻和资讯
（3）收集、整理、翻译最新国际商事仲裁案例和文章
（4）起草、校对、翻译国际商事仲裁案例和文章等
(1) Assist in the management of arbitration case procedures and draft arbitration legal documents;
(2) Write and translate event news and reports;
(3) Collect, organize and translate the latest international commercial arbitration cases and essays;
(4) Draft, edit, and translate international commercial arbitration research, etc.

岗位要求
（1）国内外知名大学法学院在读（研究生以上），具备良好法学知识功底，具备良好的中英语工作能力
（2）每周实习时长不少于3天，实习期3个月
(1) Studying at well-known law schools in China and abroad (postgraduate or above), with excellent academic qualifications and English working ability;
(2) 3 months’ internship period, and no less than 3 days’ attendance a week.
