仓库主管（Logistics Lead）
工作内容：
1、向物流经理汇报，监督仓库日常运作;
2、负责仓库整体事务及日常工作管理，协调各职能部门之间的工作;
3、制定仓库工作计划，对上月工作进行总结分析，督促仓库员工完成目标任务;
4、与其他部门/承包商协调材料、工具的准备和交付;
5、与供应基地协调移动设备的预订;
6、支持HSE管理体系，领导所负责区域的SHE相关工作;
7、确保安全规则的执行，避免事故的发生;
8、安排船期;
9、废旧危险化学品的处置;
10、库存管理，确保与财务数据的一致性;
11、管理、培训和指导仓库团队，并负责仓库团队成员的绩效评估。
任职要求：
1、大学本科学历，需取得学士学位;
2、优秀的英语书面表达能力及英语口语交流能力;
3、有石油和天然气（或相关）公司仓库工作经验，管理人员/主管/协调员，熟悉海上设备，钻井和完井流程;
4、熟悉使用微软办公软件，Maximo系统。
工作地点：
广东省惠州市大亚湾物流基地。
薪资待遇：
月薪2-3万（含餐补、交通补贴、通讯补贴），六险一金。
Job Description:
1、report to the logistics manager, supervise the daily operation of the warehouse;
2、responsible for the overall affairs of the warehouse and daily work management, coordinate the work between the various functional departments;
3、develop warehouse work plan, summarize and analyze the previous month's work, supervise warehouse staff to complete the target task;
4、Coordinate with other departments/contractors for the preparation and delivery of materials and tools;
5、Coordinate with supply base for mobile equipment booking;
6、Support the HSE management system and lead the SHE related work in the responsible area;
7、Ensure the implementation of safety rules to avoid accidents;
8、Arrange ship schedule;
9、Disposal of used and hazardous chemicals;
10、Inventory management, to ensure consistency with financial data;
11、Manage, train and coach the warehouse team and be responsible for the performance evaluation of warehouse team members.
Tenure Requirements:
1、university degree, need to obtain a bachelor's degree;
2、Excellent written English and oral communication skills in English;
3、Experience in warehouse work for oil and gas (or related) companies, manager/supervisor/coordinator, familiar with offshore equipment, drilling and completion process;
4、Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office software, Maximo system.
Work Location:
Daya Bay Logistics Base, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China.
Salary Package:
Monthly salary of 20,000-30,000 (including meal allowance, transportation allowance, communication allowance).
